The Toadstool, which Nanna Ditzel designed in 1962 for Kold’s Saavaerk, Kerteminde, was inspired by the idea: “Children never sit still for two minutes, they get up, stand on the chair and subsequently it tips over.” This observation became the Children’s Toadstool, which can be turned, stacked and be a lifelong friend.
