Monique Consentino

Born and raised in in the southern part of the Danish peninsula Jutland, Monique has always felt quite Danish. But lately she has discovered that her Italian roots are present and influential in everything from sources of inspiration and choices of materials to the very final expressions of her objects. According to Monique, design can easily be sculptural and aesthetic while at the same time also realizing its core function to its fullest. If design is done in the right way – fulfilling the right functions – one can actually get used to living a life with very few elements at home.
